Preparing For Your Tax Appt

Some things to keep in mind when making your appointment:

~Please drop off, email or mail your tax paperwork prior to your appointment.

~If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a $53.00 “No Show” fee.

~Clients not arriving on time for their appointment will be charged a fee of $27.  Those not arriving within 15 minutes of their appointment time may be required to reschedule and be subject to a $53.00 fee.

~ If you contact our office to schedule an appointment or drop off your tax documents without an appointment after 2/26/21 (for business taxes) or 3/25/21 (for personal taxes), you may be assessed a late fee of $53.00, $80.00 after the 5th of the month, $106.00 after the 10th of the month; or receive an automatic extension at our discretion. Tax information dropped off after 3/25/21 are not guaranteed to be completed by 4/15/21.  An extension will be filed if time or lack of information does not permit completion.

~1120/1120S Corporations & Partnerships – your tax returns are due 3/15/21

In preparing for tax season, please make sure we have your updated contact information.  You may call (262) 235-4250 or email to give us your current phone numbers, address, and email address.

Prior to coming in to drop off paperwork, PLEASE OPEN & DISCARD ALL ENVELOPES!  This not only will save us time and keep appointments on schedule, but will keep costs down.

**Please bring ANY 1095 forms you receive to your tax appointment**
