The Impact of COVID-19

In light of the severity of the circumstances surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are operating with as few employees on-site as possible to mitigate the risks of exposing COVID-19 to our clients, our employees and the wider population.

At this time, we are trying to limit the number of in-person meetings at our office. We can assist you via email or phone. Please call or email us and we will work with you to assist you with your tax needs.

The deadline for Tax returns both federal and state has been changed to July 15th , 2020.

Federal estimated tax payments HAVE NOT been extended. They will still be due April 15th and June 15th .

As a result of the requirements for social distancing and limited physical contact to protect ALL against the virus during this time, we have temporarily changed OPEN physical office hours to 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm, Tuesday and Thursday. We will still be working extended hours on your tax returns, both in the office and in our home office.

We will be available by telephone and email most hours.

At all times, we will try to respond to you as soon as practical. We hope you understand that we are taking every step we can to help prevent any delay in servicing your needs.

Also, you may still drop off financial and tax related documents so that we may prepare your 2019 tax return. If you would like to provide you documents electronically, instead of attending the office, please contact our office and we will advise you how you may send and/or drop off you information securely to us.

Even in light of these circumstances, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional tax services and will make appropriate arrangements to meet your tax needs.
